Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the largest real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain announces its sponsorship of Al-Najma Club, Bahrain for its participation in the 23rd edition of the Asian Handball Tournament, held from the 12th till the 21st of June this year in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Following its Championship title in the 2019/2020 season, Al-Najma Club succeeded in qualifying for the Asian Handball Tournament and the IHF Super Globe for the 7th time in its history. As title holder for the current 2020/2021 season, the Club is being considered for participation in t/storage/photos/1/Blogs Media/13-big.jpghe new regional 24th edition and is expected to participate this coming November.
In light of this occasion, Mr. Abdulla Dawood, Vice President of Al-Najma Club, expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to Diyar Al Muharraq for its generous sponsorship. The Al Najma Club Vice President also noted how proud each member of the handball team is to represent the Kingdom of Bahrain in the Asian Tournament, keen to bring home the win for a second time.
Commenting on the occasion, Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, Eng. Ahmed Ali Alammadi, stated: “We are pleased to announce our sponsorship of the Al Najma Club in the 23rd edition of the Asian Handball Tournament. We are proud to join hands with the club, which possesses an unrefuted record, being the only Bahraini club to win the Asian title in the 20th edition previously held in Hyderabad, India.
