__Manama, Bahrain:__ Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the largest real estate development companies in Bahrain, announced today the imminent completion of the Jeewan residential project, with villa handovers to commence in November of this year.
__Phase 1 delivery to commence in November.__
The Jeewan project is progressing in accordance with the initial timeline, with 99% of construction work for the 173 villas in Phase 1 of the project already completed, in addition to 95% of infrastructural works completed in the same phase. The remainder of the infrastructural work is scheduled to be completed in mid-November 2020, with villa handovers set to take place gradually between November to mid-December 2020.
Completion rate on the 119 villas of Phase 2 is at 91%, while infrastructure work is at 89%, and is expected to be completed in mid-December 2020. Diyar Al Muharraq anticipates the entire completion of Phase 2 to take place towards the end of the current year, with the handover process commencing gradually from mid-December 2020 to mid-January 2021.

The Jeewan villas at Diyar Al Muharraq feature a number of architectural designs, ranging from contemporary, to tropical, to French and classic Art Deco exteriors, and are characterized by a blend of traditional and modern architectural styles, making them suitable to a variety of different needs and personal tastes.
The master developer is also currently working on Phase 3 of the Jeewan project in line with the initial timeline. The rate of completion on the 160 residential units is at 60%, with infrastructure work reaching 52% of completion to date. The final phase of the project is set to be completed in May 2021.
