The statistics were revealed in the Q1 Real Estate Market Report for 2024 launched by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
As part of the report, Diyar Al Muharraq was recognized for having the highest number of sales transactions, reinforcing its leading position as the largest mixed-use development in Bahrain, setting it apart in the real estate market.
