Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, showcased its latest projects at its pavilion in the Cityscape Real Estate Exhibition, taking place for the first time in the Kingdom from 22 – 24 November 2022, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Diyar Al Muharraq showcased its latest prime projects including the new model designs for Al Naseem’s villas Phase 3,. Diyar also revealed its exclusive jewelry set, launching alongside Bahraini Women’s Day and Cityscape Bahrain. The pavilion was also equipped with a large-scale LED interactive display, featuring the City’s notable landmarks and projects. The digital demonstration aimed to enhance the visitors’ experience and provide them with an integrated overview of Diyar’s concept as a model, modern and sustainable city.
Over the course of the exhibition, Diyar Al Muharraq will showcase its new model designs for its Aseel El-Nasayem and Layl El-Nasayem villas located in the residential project of Al Naseem. The villas deliver the high-quality engineering and construction standards that are available across the City’s Masterplan. Al Naseem currently has six villa types including Duha El-Nasayem, Sabah El-Nasayem, Aseel El-Nasayem, Layl El-Nasayem, Aseel El-Nasayem 2 and Layl El-Nasayem 2. The villas' various spaces, benefits and prices were showcased and were available for sale for potential buyers. All the villas have distinct designs and encourage a comfortable lifestyle experience.
Additionally, Diyar Al Muharraq unveiled its exclusive and unique jewelry set which came as a result of a fruitful collaboration between the real estate developer and Al Mahmood Pearls, the leading Bahraini luxury jewelry and pearl house. The luxurious set features an exceptional feminine design, inspired by the unique architecture of Al Naseem and consists of a necklace, ring, and a pair of earrings crafted from the finest Bahraini pearls and gold, and studded with diamonds. The collaboration comes in celebration of Bahraini Women's Day, where every limited jewelry set will be offered exclusively to women who complete the notarization of the deed to any of the villas in Al Naseem at Cityscape.
