Diyar Al Muharraq, the leading real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced its participation in the second edition of Cityscape Bahrain 2023, which will be held at the Exhibition World Bahrain in Sakhir from 14 to 16 November 2023.
For three days, Diyar Al Muharraq will present a series of its masterplan projects, including 'Aseel El-Nasayem 2' and 'Layl El-Nasayem 2' the new freehold residential villas in the Al Naseem villas project. The Al Naseem project covers an area of approximately 328,000 sqm and boasts 3 kilometers of stunning waterfront views overlooking outer and inner canals throughout the project. The outer water canal - which is 200 meters wide - branches into 3.5 kilometers of internal waterways, giving the project spectacular modern features that are unmatched in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Part of the experience of living in Al Naseem is centered around residents and visitors utilizing marine transportation to navigate comfortably through the water canals and the wide range of residential options, recreation facilities, and basic amenities that meet the needs of a large segment of the community.
Diyar Al Muharraq will also showcase the "Al Wasem" residential plots, the first project located in The North Island, which holds over 55 seafront plots starting from approximately 360 square meters in size, while the inner residential plots within the project consist of more than 75 plots covering roughly 300 square meters.
Additionally, Diyar Al Muharraq will display a number of projects with exceptional investment opportunities and a wide range of features and benefits, including residential plots for 3-story residential apartments and commercial showroom plots equipped with complete infrastructure ideal for business expansion, especially for local and international businesses. In addition to plots designed specifically for light industry, logistics, and warehousing.
